How we're set up

Your call is answered by our assistant, and the work is handled by our partner mechanic. That's the honest structure. It means the phone gets picked up at two in the morning instead of going to voicemail, and it means the person turning the wrench isn't trying to talk and work at the same time.

When you call, we take down where you are and what the car's doing. Then the mechanic calls you back to confirm timing and talk through the likely cause. Calls may be recorded for quality.

What we won't do

We won't invent an arrival time to keep you on the phone. We won't start work before you've heard a firm price. And we won't take on a job that genuinely needs a shop just to bill the trip:

We carry insurance and work legally in Tennessee and Georgia. We're a new business, so we're not going to show you a wall of reviews we haven't earned yet. What we can offer right now is a phone that gets answered, a price you hear before the work starts, and straight answers about what your car needs.
