When you call us or submit our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, the location of your vehicle, and a description of the problem. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need to get to you.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy, so the details you give us are passed to the mechanic correctly. Let us know at the start of the call if you'd prefer not to be recorded.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your vehicle and to complete the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or lead brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed to support the work performed and to meet normal business and tax requirements.
Questions or removal requests
Call (423) 556-3927 and ask. We'll delete your information on request unless we're required to keep a record of completed work.
