How fast can you get here?

We won't give you a number before we know. Once we hear where you are and what's on the schedule, the mechanic confirms a realistic window on the callback. A made-up ETA doesn't help anybody stranded on a shoulder.

What does it cost?

You get an exact quote before any work begins. Typical ranges are printed on every service page so you have a rough idea before you even call, and nothing gets added to the bill without your say-so.

Do you come to parking lots and apartment complexes?

Yes. Work lots, apartment spaces, grocery store parking, hotel lots, the side of the road. The only requirement is that it's safe and legal to work there.

What can't be done mobile?

Some jobs need a lift, a press, or a shop floor: transmission rebuilds, wheel alignments, tire mounting and balancing, bodywork, paint, and collision repair, anything that needs a full lift or a press, engine machine work. If that's what your car needs, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can do it.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, calls may be recorded for quality. It helps us make sure the details you gave us — your location, your car, the symptom — get passed along correctly.

Are you really open 24/7?

The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day. Overnight and holidays included. Breakdowns don't keep business hours.

Do you bring parts with you?

For common jobs, yes — batteries, brakes, filters, belts. Tell us your year, make, and model on the call and we'll load up accordingly. Less common parts may need a local pickup or an order, and we'll tell you the wait honestly.

What payment do you take?

Card or cash, paid when the work is finished and you've seen it done.

Do you work on diesels and larger trucks?

Many of them, yes. Call with the specifics and we'll tell you plainly whether it's in our lane.
